Engage People is delighted to work with a leading player in the IT/Banking Consulting firm seeking to build on an exciting foundation achieved in recent years.
This role represents and exciting challenge for an experienced BPO professional ideally with exposure to the Banking & Finance sector.
Initially focussing on the maintenance and development of a major blue-chip client, the role will evolve into a significant leadership role as the organisation grows their reach in Ireland.
You will:
- Create and evolve a successful sales strategy for the Client Partner’s review
- Identify add-on opportunities
- Recognise strategic initiatives that help client’s business achieve their goals
- Implement and manage the account plan
- Develop executive level relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Take part in delivery reviews
- Make proposals to client in line with account strategy
Experience:
This role is ideally suited to a strong leader who takes pride in client satisfaction and further growth. You will typically possess:
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience selling BPO solutions
- A strong track record as a Business Development Manager in the Financial Services
- Previous involvement in delivering IT services in an onsite-offshore model
- Managed portfolios in excess of €10 million in revenue
- Excellent communication skills
