Engage People is delighted to work with a leading player in the IT/Banking consultancy space as they recruit for a Client Services Leader to drive their key client relationships.
As Client Services Leader you will be responsible for building relationships by providing exceptional client experience while also focussing on risk management and value realization. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Development Manager in the Financial Services and also experience selling IT and BPO solutions.
You will:
• Create sales strategy for the Client Partner’s review
• Identify add-on opportunities
• Recognise strategic initiatives that help client’s business achieve their goals
• Implement and manage the account plan
• Develop executive level relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Take part in delivery reviews
• Make proposals to client in line with account strategy
Experience:
• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience selling BPO and IT solutions
• A strong track record as a Business Development Manager in the Financial Services
• Previous involvement in delivering IT services in an onsite-offshore model
• Managed portfolios in excess of €10 million in revenue
• Knowledge of project delivery in the Retail Banking arena
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record in managing customer relationships
Salary / Remuneration:
6 figure salary
