One of Irelands biggest Credit Unions has an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

A great opportunity for someone with administration experience in the financial sector to join a busy credit union and obtain valuable experience within the space.

You Will:

  • Provide admin support for member services (queries, loans, transactions, etc.)
  • Payments processing – processing of SEPA payments, contacting members if required, and amending payroll to ensure deductions are correct and processed appropriately
  • Processing – provides daily, weekly, and monthly payment files within agreed SLAs with a core emphasis on accuracy
  • Member Records & Document Management – Update member data in line with AML policy, ensuring all interactions are accurately stored via the document management system

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a financial services role is an advantage
  • 3rd level qualification in relevant discipline desirable
  • Good IT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to communicate with members in a friendly and professional manner
