This role is an designed for an ambitious professional in the investments industry who is targeting an entry point with a global player in cross-border life insurance. As a platform to careers in asset management, risk, regulatory oversight, and investment operations, the team offer comprehensive experience and enthusiastic support for ongoing study and professional development. The successful candidate will build technical expertise around investment products and financial instruments while managing relationships with top-tier global asset managers.
You will:
- Provide investment oversight over a range of international fund managers
- Manage periodic Solvency II reporting cycles
- Implement risk management controls around critical business processes
- Analyse, manipulate, and reconcile data to deliver key information to senior management
- Train and mentor new staff members as part of a growing team
- Liaise with core business areas such as Investments, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
Experience:
- 1-3 years in an investment operations or fund administration environment
- Third level degree, preferably in a financial discipline
- Working knowledge of regulatory landscape, Solvency II reporting
Starting salary from €35,000 plus attractive financial support package for ongoing professional development
