IT Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a specialist mortgage servicer to join a growing team and engage in a key support activity within the business. The company has built a strong brand and operate a best practice approach to every area of their company.

This role will join a dynamic work environment to take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role will involve working on solving both business-related and technical problems within the business.

The right candidate could have 1-2 years of IT experience or alternatively transferable experience. The candidate will be an excellent communicator who delivers support in a friendly and positive manner, with the technical knowledge to solve problems.

You will:

• Assist and support staff on IT issues, acting as the first point of contact
• Manage, document, and analyse requests while providing support
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve problems where appropriate
• Troubleshoot peripherals, hardware, software, and network problems
• Participate in relevant training programmes

Experience:

• Ability to communicate with staff in a professional, and friendly manner
• Experience in or knowledge of technical areas such as; networking and web technologies, Microsoft Applications, active directory user account management.
• Attention to detail
• Hardware configuration and maintenance
• Administration and management skills

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40-45k DOE (plus competitive package)
