An opportunity has presented with a market leading Alternative Lender to join the Mortgage Litigation Department in a Team Lead capacity. Initially a 12 month contract there will be a good opportunity for permanency for the right person thereafter.

You will:
- Provide guidance to a team of litigation executives on repossessions
- Collaborate and assist with Litigation Manager towards achieving targets
- Take ownership of staff matters including rosters, holidays, overtime etc.
- Engage with Customers and other stakeholders to resolve mortgage arrears
Experience:
- Experience in Mortgage Debt Recovery
- Team Lead experience
- APA (loans) or similar a benefit
Salary / Remuneration: EUR €50,000 to €60,000 plus 10% Bonus and strong benefits package
