An international Fintech firm is currently growing out their Client Services team. The business was once an Irish start up that grew impressively to service some of the biggest global financial services firms. More recently it was acquired by a major listed Fintech firm who has continued to invest in the firms growth.
This is a key role in the Client Services team responsible for client reporting in the international funds space. The role will manage a team with the support of a team lead that reports into this position and hold responsibility for excellent client services and developing and growing their team.
As now part of a highly successful global Fintech the role offers significant opportunity for further progression as the business grows. As it is directly client facing the position will also benefit from developing an large network within the fund services space.
- Own Daily weekly, monthly client deliverables delivered through your team.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Motivate and develop your team
- Responsible for recruitment and growth planning with your team
- Identify and manage opportunities for process improvement while mitigating risk
- Engage in new client on boarding projects
Experience: The right person for this role ill have strong team management experience and client services experience. The role engages in regulatory reporting within the funds industry, experience is not required but would be an advantage.
Salary / Remuneration: €70,000 to €75,000 plus bonus and benefits
