A leading Irish financial institution have an opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join their team. This offered on a 6-month daily rate contract initially however it may run for 18-24 months

 

Well suited to a Procurement or Contract Specialist with 3 plus years experience.  You will work across different functions of the business such as Finance, Procurement, HR colleagues and project workstream leads.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Entering/Maintaining data on SAP
  • Processing supplier invoices, managing approval, preparing Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with Finance to ensure correct payment of suppliers and maintaining records in SAP of goods/services received.
  • Processing Statements of Work and sending for approval to approved signatories
  • Resolve issues related to Procurement activities

 

You will:

  • 3 plus years experience in Procurement or contract administration
  • Strong computer skills, competent in use of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience in using ERP systems
  • Business-driven approach to suppliers with a focus on building relationships
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
