An international insurance organisation based in Dublin 2 is seeking a Team Leader for the Operations department. The role will involve managing a team who are in charge of claims, customer contact and partner relationships, third party administration, process review and improvement.
The company has a fantastic reputation having achieved a track record of continuous growth. The ideal candidate will experience leading a team and have good understanding of the insurance business, ideally undertaken some III (Insurance Institute of Ireland) exams.
