Here is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with one of Dublin’s fastest growing asset servicing houses. Serving a portfolio of top-tier institutional investors across the globe, you will play a central role to the investment management process. This position is designed for the proven fund administrator with middle office experience and a flair for client service. Facilitating the investment process and managing the channel of new clients, managing order flows, and maintaining critical information stores are among the key areas of focus for this role.
Primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Processing client orders, capital transactions in respect of the funds
- Ownership of critical databases concerning investor account information and dealing instructions
- Focus on compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) controls
- Serve as main point of contact for client queries and issues, resolving in a timely and professional manner
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a fund administration / transfer agency team.
- Demonstrable aptitude for communication and client service skills
- Good working knowledge of investment management, funds industry
Salary: €45,000 pro rata over 9 month fixed term contract.
