Our client is looking to hire an Operations to spearhead key operational initiatives, manage finance, governance, HR tasks, and ensure the team operates efficiently, driving all projects towards successful outcomes. Reporting directly to the Founder and Board of Directors, this hybrid role will be based 2-3 days in their Dublin 2 office.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and finalise an execution plan for 2024 based on the current strategy, strategic pillars, and delivery plan for the three companies.

Systems Knowledge:

  • Acquire a deep understanding of the company's policies, processes, and key platforms

Team Effectiveness:

  • Act as the day-to-day manager for the team, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, holiday requests, travel expenses, GDPR compliance, and more.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of key annual plans, including strategic communications, sales, logistics, and technical projects. Lead weekly meetings and monitor actions to meet deadlines.

Cashflow Monitoring:

  • Manage cashflow and operational budgets, acting as an internal approver for payroll and expenses. Oversee credit control tasks, ensuring payments are received promptly.

Corporate Governance:

  • Schedule and attend Board meetings, compile agendas, documents, and board packs

Experience:

  • Qualifications: Relevant third-level qualification in HR, business, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a team and project management role or equivalent.
  • Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and proven experience in project management.
  • Management: Ability to lead and support team members to excel in their roles.
  • Dependability: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Communications: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
