The Job

• Preparation of client renewal packs, in line with regulatory requirements and deadlines (Motor, Home, Van, Farm and Marine).
• Achieve ambitious renewal retention targets through a high standard of market research.

• Maintain accurate client records and renewal documentation in our systems.

• Analyse clients' existing policies, assess their needs from information available and prepare renewal packs with appropriate alternatives reviewed and included.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Keep abreast of industry developments, policy changes, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.

You

You will be a team player with the ability to work independently. You will also have a strong attention to detail and at ease with Microsoft office applications.

Other requirements that will help you

• Minimum APA qualified.
• Experience and knowledge of the renewal preparation process, ideally in an insurance broking environment, is required.
• You will be customer-focused and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients.
