Accounts Receivable Administrator

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a knack for managing accounts receivable? We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a dynamic motor business in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Generate and send invoices, statements, and reminders to clients.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or billing issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
