Management Accountant - Hybrid

Our client, a Financial Services business based in Dublin 2 is sourcing a Management Accountant to join their team due to ongoing expansion,. They oversee the financial management aspects of their clients' business so they can focus on their core activities. The role will involve liaising internally with other team members and management, as well as externally with client staff and management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and analysis to aid decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide insightful financial recommendations to senior management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant in a financial services or related environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards within the industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
