Enterprise Risk Manager (Senior)

Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global financial services brand with a stellar reputation in the market as an employer of choice. We are looking for an experienced senior risk professional to join a growing risk function in Dublin.

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for 2LOD oversight of the company's enterprise risk and stress testing programme.

What's the role?

In a standalone role reporting to the CRO, you will lead the identification, assessment and oversight of the firm's enterprise risk. This is a senior role, so you'll also assist the CRO in facilitating the setting of the risk appetite by the Board, as well as advising the Board on strategies to mitigate risks to which the firm is exposed.

Does this sound like you?

10+ years of risk experience in an investments or capital markets capacity. This is non-negotiable, you must have experience from a risk perspective in dealing with capital markets products, trading desks etc.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite leaders

Able to commute to Dublin City (Dublin 4).
