Are you an experienced, fully qualified accountant with a flair for corporate finance and a proven track record in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)?

Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner exclusively with a boutique corporate finance advisory firm and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Finance Director to join the growing team.

Role Overview: As the Corporate Finance Director, you will drive strategic decision-making and oversee all aspects of corporate finance activities, with a specific focus on M&A transactions. Your role will involve leading high-value negotiations, conducting financial analyses, modelling and advising senior management on potential opportunities and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, from initial evaluation to execution and integration phases
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships
• Develop and present financial models and reports to support decision-making processes
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management activities

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in corporate finance, with a focus on M&A transactions
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing successful M&A deals
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
