Job Title: Part-time Office Administrator

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent)

Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 Pro Rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Office Administrator to join a team in Dublin. This position offers the chance to work with an established financial services firm and make a significant contribution to operations. If you have office administration experience, coupled with knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Prior experience working in a financial services firm would be advantageous.
