  • Proven experience in a client/customer-facing background.
  • Strong influencing skills to cultivate relationships with both clients and candidates.

  • Open to constructive development and eager to learn and grow.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to match client requirements.
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Developing skills in business development activities to convert warm contacts into new business opportunities.
  • Managing candidate portfolios, ensuring database management, compliance, and reference checks.
  • Participating in company marketing activities and contributing to a high-performance culture.
