The Role: Senior Tech Recruiter

Are you a Tech Recruiter with a passion for connecting top tech talent with the right opportunities? Engage People is looking for a dynamic Senior Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. This role requires an individual who is self-sufficient, driven, and has a proven track record of success in a 360-recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to match client requirements, focusing on roles in Data, Python, .Net, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, IT Support, Test/QA, Java, and Frontend Development.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrate solid client-facing skills, able to discuss and close 360 deals effectively.
  • Develop business development activities to convert warm contacts into new business opportunities.
  • Manage candidate portfolios ensuring database management compliance and reference checks.
  • Participate in company marketing activities and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience recruiting in Tech within an agency as a 360 recruiter.
  • Strong track record in filling roles ideally within one or more of the following verticals - Infrastructure, Support, Java, Frontend, QA/Test and Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of roles at any given time, with the view to specialising as the team grows.
  • Ambitious and hungry with a strong track record of successful billings in one calendar year (€200K+)
  • Relatively self-sufficient and driven, with a hunger for success.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
