Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner exclusively with one of Ireland's most successful wealth advisory firms. Together, we are sourcing a financial advisor with people management experience to manage a growing footprint of advisors and administrators.

The Company

This firm has a strong reputation on the market as an employer of choice in their field. They have ambitious growth plans in the short to medium term in Ireland, with backing from a global entity. Culture is important at this firm - hybrid working is on offer, but on the days that you are in the office, you will find that employees come first here.

The Role

No two days will look the same here - you will be responsible for managing a team of advisors and administrators on the protection side of the business. This will be a senior role, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning, with visibility across all levels of the business, including the CEO. Whilst you will have a smaller responsibility on the selling side, your main role will be the management of the team, ensuring motivation is high and targets are met, with generous rewards for strong performance.

The Candidate

You will have a QFA designation with experience in selling protection products (non-negotiable)

You are keen to manage people, working with teams is a strong passion of yours

You have excellent communication skills.

A strong base salary of up to EUR 80K depending on your experience, plus bonuses for performance, commission for sales you make, and a range of market-leading benefits.
