Whether you're passionate about helping new clients find the right insurance products or dedicated to providing exceptional service to existing customers, we want to hear from you!

Sales and Activity Management:

- Collaborate with the team manager to manage call flows and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Address web queries and close sales across a range of products.
- Guide customers through the sales process, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce available products and services, and secure sales.
- Partner with the team manager on targeted campaigns to drive additional sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Develop strong working relationships with customers by building trust, anticipating their needs, sharing relevant information, and fulfilling commitments.
- Resolve any customer issues related to queries, quotes, or other concerns promptly and effectively.

Customer Service:

- Uphold a professional demeanor to consistently meet or exceed customer service standards.
- Take ownership of delivering highly accurate and quality work.
- Respond to customer, staff, and management inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Team Collaboration:

- Work cohesively within the team to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Collaborate to help the team achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Compliance:

- Partner with the team manager and compliance teams to ensure that all file records meet required quality standards.

Requirements:

- Strong background in sales or customer service preferred.
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant insurance experience.
- Must meet Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements-APA (Personal General Insurance) at a minimum, with a commitment to pursuing further educational qualifications as needed.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong IT skills; knowledge of Relay/Applied is an advantage.
