Account Executive - Commercial Lines, leading insurance brokerage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client insurance requirements, renewals, mid-year alterations, and claims handling.
• Achieve individual income targets, upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
• Provide key support to Account Directors as needed.
• Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and delivering top-tier service.
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet monthly and yearly goals.
• Maintain compliance with internal protocols and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum APA qualified, working towards CIP qualification.
• Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and adaptable mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workloads efficiently.
• Solid technical and product knowledge in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Open I and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
