The Opportunity:

One of Irelands fastest growing insurance brokers is looking for a driven individual who is eager to advance their career to the next level and continue that development.

The Role:

An established Insurance Broker seeks an out-going, Organised accounts executive with good communication skills that can develop relationships with both insurers and clients.

This Role will be working closely with Account Directors and a team of like-minded individuals building relationships and quoting to clients. there is a hybrid setting within the company and a successful candidate will enjoy a list of company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain good relationships between clients by meeting commitments and establishing trust.

-Manage aged debt and premium collection.

-Achievement of an individual income budget.

-You will work as part of the accounts team and together will motivate to hit monthly and yearly targets.

-Work with the compliance team to ensure and maintaining the quality of work.

-Assist clients by problem solving and advising them on quotes or queries

APA qualification.

Skills:

Confident in communication and organisation with a drive to think on your own initiative.
