Finance Director

A fast-growing healthcare organisation is looking to hire a Finance Director.

This is a key role in the business and will involve leading the finance team and function to ensure best-in-class reporting and leading an efficient monthly closing cycle.

As Finance Director, you will be expected to build strong relationships with the other members of the Executive team and to foster a business partnering-minded ethos from the finance team.

You will:

• Develop and execute multi-year business plans (Long Term Plan)
• Execute the financial strategy as it relates to managing against the annual budget and the Long-Term Plan.
• Oversee the timely and accurate development of budgets, financial reports, and models that will assist the CEO, Board, and other Stakeholders in making informed strategy, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Full responsibility for day-to-day financial management of corporate and related party entities
• Accounting: management and oversight of the accounting team and accounting processes.
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Inspire and lead the team members to achieve the Finance and Business strategies and actively support their professional development, skills, and experiences.

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• A strong track record working as a finance director
• Experience at executive or leadership level
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
