Ask yourself this

Do you want to work with a lender that does things differently? This company prides itself on having a first-class culture. They are an outgoing bunch and the firm regularly sponsors trips abroad and evenings out, or if that's not your thing, walks along the coast and in the Dublin mountains.

The culture is really collaborative and a fantastic learning experience, you won't be put in a box with a narrow focus, in fact, you'll interact with people all over Europe and work on the Credit assessments from end to end and right up to drawdown.

What's more the benefits package is really strong and there is a minimum guaranteed bonus of 10%. You won't be waiting until the end of the year to receive it either as it's paid monthly with your salary. This firm really does do things a bit differently.

Are you passionate about your work? Do you understand what a business account looks like in any capacity (You don't need to be an expert, you might come from credit, accounting or any space that has to review a business account, you'll be trained in everything else.) if so this is an opportunity not to be missed. Two days on-site and three from home in this South Dublin Office.
