The culture is really collaborative and a fantastic learning experience, you won't be put in a box with a narrow focus, in fact, you'll interact with people all over Europe and work on the Credit assessments from end to end and right up to drawdown.

What's more the benefits package is really strong and there is a minimum guaranteed bonus of 10%. You won't be waiting until the end of the year to receive it either as it's paid monthly with your salary. This firm really does do things a bit differently.

Are you passionate about your work? Do you understand what a business account looks like in any capacity (You don't need to be an expert, you might come from credit, accounting or any space that has to review a business account, you'll be trained in everything else.) if so this is an opportunity not to be missed. Two days on-site and three from home in this South Dublin Office.

The Job

• Assess the Creditworthiness of SME's and Corporate Clients
• Assess existing portfolio and review the appropriateness of Credit limits
• Analyse the risk and support the processing of Credit transactions
• Collaborate effectively across departments and with internal and international stakeholders
• Prepare Credit papers and occasionally report to the Central Bank

Experience of Business Accounts in any area and a keen ambition to develop skills further

Remuneration: 45k to 60k plus benefits and Bonus
