Position Overview:

We are seeking an Account Executive to join their Existing Business team. This role is perfect for individuals who are looking to further their careers with Ireland's largest insurance brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business:

• Offer expert advice to clients, guiding them towards the best Car and Home Insurance solutions that fit their needs.
• Handle new business inquiries for personal insurance and generate new business quotes.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance coverage options.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain a professional demeanor to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
• Take ownership of your work, ensuring accuracy and quality at all times.
• Respond to colleagues' requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster strong relationships across all departments within the company, working together to achieve team goals and objectives.

Compliance:

• Ensure all processes adhere to compliance standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 12 to 18 months of experience in handling car or home insurance inquiries, whether for new or existing customers.
• An Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance, or progress towards a CIP qualification.
• A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
