Job Description: Sales Account Manager

A niche business catering to the needs of marketing professionals within the corporate sector. We help our customers successfully promote and market their brand through a variety of premia products and platforms. Our clients are Blue Chip, Multinationals, and SMEs right across Ireland and beyond.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively respond and manage customer calls/queries in a professional manner
• Process Sales Proposals and Purchase Orders timely & accurately, liaising with suppliers on deliveries
• Provide Quotations to customers in a timely manner, to a professional standard
• Actively contribute to a very positive team environment and performance
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer support/sales administration role
• Demonstrates a strong Customer Orientation, delivering exceptional service in order to meet and exceed our customers' expectations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to form professional relationships with customers
• Results Orientation: Demonstrates the ability to achieve tangible and measurable results. Makes and Meets Commitments
• Teamwork: Actively contribute to the development of a positive team environment, demonstrating a flexible approach
• Attention to Detail: Ensures that work is executed accurately and completely, paying close attention to the detail
• Strong MS Office skills - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in Marketing Promotions and Premia customer or sales support, an advantage
• Skills: Sales, Admin, Account Management, & Teamwork
