We are looking for a junior administrator for a temporary 3-month position to support the Learning and Development team at a Credit Union. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the Dublin office and 3 days working remotely.
Purpose
The successful candidate will perform a range of administrative and support duties to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning and development services.
Responsibilities
- Set up online webinars and meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Data entry and record maintenance on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Update learner attendance and credit union information to ensure accurate LMS records
- Register and update CPD membership applications or removals
- Register and update eLearning Bundle enrolments
- Assist with marketing communications through emails, social media, and other channels
- Respond to learner and credit union queries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Support the coordination of the CPD accreditation process
- Help maintain and enhance customer/member experience
- Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft applications
- Undertake any additional tasks as directed
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience interacting with customers via phone or online
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- 2+ years of administration experience
- Experience with an LMS or in a learning and development role
- Familiarity with the Credit Union movement and ethos
