New role as a Solution Architect with extensive banking and FS experince. This person will be driving the development of innovative solutions for the Banking & FS industry. Its a very client facing role, this person must have experience in consulting, influencing and selling to new and existing clients in this sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions strategy aligned with business needs and industry trends.
• Architect end-to-end systems, ensuring best practices and adherence to standards.
• Lead technical development and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to incorporate into designs.
• Review solution architecture and documentation regularly.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth.

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, specialising in financial services and Banking technology solutions.
• Ability to consult with, influence and sell to new and existing clients.
• Strong background in back-office solutions for financial institutions.
• Experience in Cloud, Microservices and Distributed Applications.
• Proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex and scalable solutions within FS
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data management, and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the financial services industry.
