Key Requirements:

  • QFA Certification
  • Experience: Have at least 2 year of experience in a pensions-related role, showcasing your understanding of pension administration processes and regulations.
  • Must be available to be in office 3 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Pension Administration: Handle pension-related tasks efficiently and accurately, including member queries, contributions processing, and scheme maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, keeping abreast of legislative changes and best practices in pension administration.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to pension scheme members, addressing inquiries and assisting with pension-related matters effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our pension administration systems and procedures.
