The Role: Personal Lines Executive

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and distributing renewal documentation to clients while actively following up to ensure account retention and satisfaction.
- Issuing quotations for motor and home insurance, managing the complete process from initial inquiry to successfully closing new business sales.
- Providing comprehensive account servicing, which encompasses mid-term adjustments, claim processing, and ongoing support for clients.
- Meeting and exceeding personal lines renewal income and new business objectives, including proactively generating leads for both personal and commercial lines as opportunities present themselves.
- Addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively, fostering a high level of service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a personal line's sales environment, with a strong motivation to meet and exceed set targets.
- APA or CIP qualification is preferred, or the candidate should be actively pursuing these qualifications, with up-to-date continuing professional development records if Grandfathered.
- Proficient IT skills are required; familiarity with SSP software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated flexibility, dedication, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced work setting.
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
