FP&A Manager - Pharma

As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the convergence of data analysis and financial operations, making a significant impact on the company's mission.

You will:

• Collaborate with business units and Group subsidiaries to offer valuable insights for critical commercial decisions
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial data to support complex customer and contract structures and determine the appropriateness of rebate/chargeback claims
• Act as support in providing monthly actual results and monthly business review analytics
• Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategic planning initiatives, contributing financial insights to shape the organisation's future direction.
• Lead the development of annual budgets and 5-year plans
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various scenarios

Experience:

• Ambitious, commercially minded finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
• A solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling is essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
• Ability to analyse and work with large volumes of data to support informed decision-making.
