About the Role:

As a Senior Administrator for Trade & Cash Management (T&CM), you'll oversee trade and cash management operations, ensuring that deliverables are met. T&CM is responsible for asset trade settlements for clients, liquidity monitoring, reporting, and internal fund pricing. The team aims to settle trades on various investments like structured products, equities, unit trusts, and bonds accurately and on time. Teamwork and adaptability are key to delivering top-level service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily team activities to meet all deliverables.
  • Report on team metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct team meetings and liaise with the Team Manager.
  • Act as a key contact for T&CM, including for projects and working groups.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team and Asset department.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements as part of ongoing enhancements.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties, projects, and responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Third-level degree.
  • Relevant experience in a middle-office environment, with knowledge of trade, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with Investpro financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot tables, vLookup).
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with self-motivation to inspire others.
