Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 (DOE)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the administration team, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with advisers and support the team in managing client accounts, processing new applications, and handling policy amendments efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Assist with the preparation of documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors and ensure client files are up to date.
  • Process new business applications, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year mortgage experience ideally in a brokerage.
  • Qualifications: One APA exam completed is essential. Further, QFA exams are supported.
  • Attributes: Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer Focus: A proactive and client-oriented approach with a desire to help clients achieve their protection goals.
