Paraplanner

A fast-growing Dublin-based brokerage is offering an exciting opportunity for someone to step up into a Senior Paraplanner role. The leader of this team is big on developing people and this role could lead to an Advisory role in time. It will work closely with the Head of Financial Planning and some of the more experienced Advisors, so you'll get a first-class learning experience.

To facilitate this period of high growth the firm is moving to big, new and modern city-centre offices with easy access to the Luas, train line and major bus routes.

The Role:

• Assist the Head of Financial Planning in preparing comprehensive financial plans, including research and analysis on products such as Pensions, Life Assurance, and Investments.
• Prepare suitability reports, ensuring all client recommendations are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Manage the administrative aspects of client accounts, including documentation, record-keeping, and report generation.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service.
• Provide technical support and guidance on financial products and services.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to develop strategies that meet client needs and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compliance requirements, and product knowledge.

The Person:

• Relevant qualifications such as APA or QFA
• Experience in a Broker environment
• Self-starter with good communication skills

On Offer:

• Salary: €50k to €60k plus benefits
