Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner exclusively with a slick private equity firm that is looking to establish its Irish base in Dublin. Together we are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their growing team.

The Company

A slick PE firm with over EUR 300bn AUM, this company is going places. UK-based, they have been investing in Irish businesses for a long time. With the establishment of an Irish fund, the time has come for them to set up a base here as Ireland is seen as a strategic footprint for the firm in the future.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for financial accounting front to back. Don't worry, the majority of bookkeeping and tax is outsourced, but you will be tasked with reviewing the output, preparing statements, and managing month, quarter, and year-end processes

The Candidate

You'll

- have 4+ years PQE, ideally in financial services

- understand financial accounting front to back

- be ambitious and keen to make a difference

What's on offer?

A base salary of up to EUR 90K, although there is flexibility here for a rockstar candidate. The base comes with a bonus of up to 20%, full benefits, and an annual incentive trip away with the entire company.
