Mortgage Protection Manager

Due to continued growth, an established and reputable Brokerage is expanding its Protection team and are looking for the right person to lead same! This will be an influential role in the business and play a key role in company strategy as they expand into their new city centre offices.

The Role:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 to 8 Protection Advisors, driving performance and ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales of mortgage protection products, both within your team and directly with clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the team's skills, product knowledge, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering personalised mortgage protection solutions tailored to their needs.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure your team stays ahead in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine processes and ensure that best practices are followed across the team.
• Handle complex client cases, offering expert advice and support to ensure comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.

What we're looking for:

• QFA Qualified with experience in Protection Products and Team Management
