Senior Compliance Manager

Due to continued growth, a leading family brokerage is looking to appoint a Head of Compliance to lead its compliance function. This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of the company's compliance framework and work closely with senior leadership to ensure all operations align with the highest standards of legal and regulatory requirements.

As Head of Compliance, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the business, shaping key compliance strategies and overseeing the company's risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's compliance strategy, ensuring full adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
• Develop and enforce policies that align with current laws, ensuring the organisation stays ahead of evolving regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage compliance risks, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk management.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and collaborate with regulators to ensure smooth external audits.
• Lead compliance training initiatives across the organisation to ensure all employees understand and comply with legal requirements.
