Compliance Manager - 4 Day Week

Due to continued growth, an established and reputable Irish-owned Financial Services business is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to take on a pivotal PCF role. The Role:

• Serve as the PCF Head of Compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory obligations and frameworks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on regulatory and governance matters.
• Lead compliance monitoring, identifying and mitigating risks across the business.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory developments, ensuring the company remains compliant and well-prepared for any changes.
• Represent the business during regulatory audits and liaise with external regulators as required.
• Foster a culture of compliance through training, support, and engagement with colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Compliance within Financial Services, with a strong knowledge of Irish regulatory frameworks.
