Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with an esteemed corporate services firm with a significant presence in Ireland. Together, we are looking for a compliance manager to join their expanding footprint locally. This will be a senior role within the Irish office and you will have responsibility for local compliance functions, reporting to the CRO.

The role

No two days look the same in this role as you manage complex compliance functions for the Irish footprint of this global firm. This role comes with a clear path for progression and promotion and will be a core role of the Irish footprint.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compliance experience in Ireland, ideally in a corporate/professional services environment. You will also have excellent communication skills. Previous MLRO or Deputy MLRO experience would be a distinct advantage.

Note: you must be based in or close to Dublin and able to commute to a city centre office location at least x3 per week.
