Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager opportunity has arisen with a newly formed Credit Union in the South Dublin/North Wicklow region. This is an opportunity to play a leading role in bringing a new ethically and community-focused brand to market.

The Credit Union space is changing fast and as the Marketing Manager you will reinforce the traditional values of people first all while promoting exciting changes including mortgages and digital offering.

You'll work closely with an experienced leadership who reflect the people first approach of the Credit Union movement and play a key role during an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, email campaigns, and social media.
• Create compelling content for diverse platforms such as blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Lead brand development initiatives to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across channels.
• Drive member engagement through tailored campaigns and retention strategies.
• Conduct market research to inform decision-making and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and measure campaign performance to optimise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with wider organisational objectives.

Remuneration: €50k to €55k plus strong benefits package
