Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their newly established Fund Administration team in Dublin.

What makes this role stand out?

The Opportunity:
Our client is launching a fund administration business in Ireland and is looking to hire their very first fund accountant for the Irish office. This is a rare chance to be part of a startup environment within the stability and support of a well-established organisation and recognised brand.

A Unique Setup:
This small, specialised team will not only support the Irish business but also serve as a Centre of Excellence (COE) for the company's global fund administration operations. Unlike most fund accounting roles, this team will be deeply involved in all aspects of the business - from managing daily operations and building client relationships to contributing to business development. It's a one-of-a-kind opportunity in the Irish fund accounting landscape.

Ireland as the COE:
Unlike other companies that rely on external support centres (e.g., in India), this COE will ensure everything is done in-house, maintaining quality and focus within Ireland.

This is a role like no other, offering exciting career growth and the chance to shape the future of fund administration for a global organisation.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in fund accounting, particularly in private equity or real estate. An ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred.

OK, I am interested. What is next?
