Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the pensions and employee benefits business.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring tailored solutions meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative pension and benefits products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Monitor business performance and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Advocate for the firm's offerings to strengthen its position in the market.

What You'll Bring:

  • QFA qualification and at least three years of experience in pensions or employee benefits.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies and relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
