The Role:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with underwriting experience who is ready to take the next step and transition into a Mortgage Advisor role. As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you'll support the team by helping with mortgage applications, conducting research, and assisting clients. In return, you'll have the chance to develop your skills, progress in the industry, and ultimately move into a Mortgage Advisor position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and submitting mortgage applications alongside advisors
  • Researching mortgage options and providing recommendations
  • Handling client queries and offering guidance throughout the application process
  • Liaising with lenders and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy with all documentation
  • Supporting senior advisors and gaining hands-on experience in client advising

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous underwriting experience (ideal)
  • QFA Qualified
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
