As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our advisors and ensuring clients receive top-notch service. You'll manage client accounts, process applications, and handle policy updates with precision and efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process documentation accurately and on time.
  • Provide seamless support to Mortgage Advisors and keep client files up-to-date.
  • Handle new applications, amendments, and cancellations with care.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients achieve their financial goals.

👀 What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in mortgages, ideally in a brokerage setting.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of one APA exam completed. We'll support your journey to further QFA qualifications!
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, client-first mindset.
  • Team Spirit: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
