What You'll Do:

  • Administer and manage external group schemes, providing top-tier service to clients
  • Support the Employee Benefits Manager in the delivery of employee benefit solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all group schemes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in an external group scheme role
  • QFA qualification is essential
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and pension schemes
  • A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
