The Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Manage mortgage applications from initial submission to final approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to track the progress of mortgage applications.

  • Maintain and update client records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in preparing mortgage-related reports and client correspondence.

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and workflow management.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in a fast-paced Financial Services environment is required.

  • Experience in mortgages is a benefit but not required.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a busy environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
