Associate / Senior Associate - Banking and Finance

Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with a prestigious law firm based in Dublin but with a global presence. Together, we are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing banking and finance team.

The Company

The firm is based in the heart of Dublin and is growing in revenue and headcount year on year through their excellent reputation on the market, combined with their employee-first approach to doing business. With hybrid working as standard, you will be joining a firm that puts your development and progression at the centre of your objectives.

The Role

Depending on experience, your title with either be Associate or Senior Associate. You will be responsible for providing excellent legal advice to clients. On top of that, you'll play a part in the development of trainees and paralegals, sharing your expertise with them and helping them to come up the curve in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate

Experience in a law firm, the ideal would be that you're coming with banking and finance experience

A can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the wider success of the firm

Excellent communication skills.

What's in it for you?

Base salary will range from EUR 70K - EUR 125K plus strong bonus, full benefits and hybrid working as standard.
