Account Executive - Commercial Lines (Tipperary)

Reports To: Account Director

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic team, managing and developing an established commercial book while supporting an Account Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client insurance needs, including renewals, mid-term changes, and claims.
• Provide account support to the Account Director.
• Build strong client relationships and address queries effectively.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Assist in meeting team targets and managing premium collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum APA qualification (CIP preferred or willingness to work towards it).
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands.
• Technical insurance knowledge and a client-focused mindset.
• Experience with Open I and proficiency in Office Suite.
