Account Executive - Commercial Lines (Cork)

Reports To: Account Director

Role Overview:

Manage and develop an established commercial book while supporting an Account Director in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client insurance needs, including renewals, adjustments, and claims.
• Support Account Director in managing key client accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Assist in meeting team sales and retention targets.

Requirements:

• CIP qualification (minimum).
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Technical insurance knowledge and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with Open I and proficiency in Office Suite.
